The Company announces that it was notified on 17 October 2016 that Mr Allan Doyle, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, sold 1,108 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1410 pence per Ordinary Share on 17 October 2016.

As a result of the above transaction, Mr Doyle's holding in the Company has decreased to 738 Ordinary Shares, being 0.0% of the Company's issued share capital. 

The Company also announces that it was notified on 17 October 2016 that Mrs Justine Doyle, a PCA of Mr Doyle, sold 3,919 Ordinary Shares at 1410 pence per Ordinary Share on 17 October 2016.

As a result of the above transaction, Mrs Doyle's holding in the Company has decreased to 4,782 Ordinary Shares, being 0.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
