Director Shareholding

The Company announces that it was notified today that Tim Croston, Group Finance Director, exercised options over 357 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Sharesave Plan at a price of 504 pence per share on 23rd June 2015.  These Ordinary Shares are being transferred to Tim Croston's wife, Susan Croston.

As a result of the above transaction, Tim Croston's notifiable interest in the Company is 17,607 Ordinary Shares, equating to approximately 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
