Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was notified today that Mr Peter John Nichols, Non Executive Chairman of the Company, sold 30,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1190 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 April 2015.

As a result of the above transaction, Mr Nichols' holding in the Company has decreased to 2,030,000 Ordinary Shares, being 5.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
