(b) On February 13, 2018, Stephen Allen informed ChromaDex Corporation (the “Company”) that he does not intend to stand for reelection to the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) at the Company’s 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Allen’s intent not to stand for reelection to the Board is not the result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
