�वषय : शु�वार , 07 फरवर� , 2025 को होने वाल� एनएचपीसी �ल�मटेड के �नदेशक मंडल क� बैठक के संबंध म� सूचना

Sir/ महोदय ,

In compliance to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 07[th] February, 2025 to inter-alia consider and approve un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31[st] December, 2024 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board. The Board of Directors in the aforesaid meeting may also consider the proposal for declaration of interim dividend, if any, on equity share capital of the Company for the FY 2024-25.

Further, in pursuance to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘trading window’ for dealing in the securities of Company by designated persons is closed since Wednesday, 01[st] January, 2025 and will remain closed upto 48 hours after the date of declaration of the said Financial Results i.e. upto Sunday, 09[th] February, 2025 (both days inclusive).

इसके अलावा , सेबी ( अंतरंग �यापार का ��तषेध ) �व�नयम , 2015 के अनुसार , ना�मत �यि�तय� �वारा कंपनी के ��तभू�तय� म� लेन - देन करने के �लए �े�डंग �वंडो बुधवार, 01 जनवर� , 2025 से उ�त �व�ीय प�रणाम� क� घोषणा क� तार�ख के 48 घंटे बाद अथा�त र�ववार , 09 फरवर� , 2025 ( दोन� �दन शा�मल ) तक बंद रहेगी।
