La entrega de las presentes acciones se deriva de la participación del beneficiario en el Incentivo a Largo Plazo (Performance Shares Plan) puesto en marcha el 1 de enero de 2018 y finalizado el 31 de diciembre de 2020, en el que se ha medido la consecución de objetivos de negocio y de retorno para el accionista.
