Section 430 (2B) Companies Act 2006 Statement - Jonathan Dawson

As announced previously, Jonathan Dawson stepped down as a non-executive director of Next plc with effect from the close of the 2015 AGM held today.

The following information is provided in accordance with section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006:

The Company's Remuneration Report for the financial year ending January 2016 will include details of remuneration earned by Jonathan as a non-executive director during the relevant period.

Jonathan has not and will not receive any loss of office payments, nor will he be paid any further remuneration other than that accrued up to his date of leaving.
