The Company has been notified that Andrew Varley, Group Property Director, has been appointed a non-executive director of LondonMetric Property plc.

LondonMetric was admitted on the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 28 January 2013 as a result of the merger between London & Stamford Property plc and Metric Property Investments plc (METP). Andrew Varley was a non-executive director of METP immediately prior to the merger.
