The shareholders of NEXT Biometrics Group ASA ("the Company") are hereby summoned to the annual general meeting of the shareholders on Wednesday May 21st, 2019 at 10:00 at:
Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS, Haakon VIIs gate 10, 0161 Oslo Norway.
The following items are to be addressed:
1. Election of a person to chair the meeting
2. Approval of notice and the agenda
3. Election of a person to co-sign the minutes
4. Approval of the annual accounts and the annual report for the financial year 2018
5. Approval of the auditor's remuneration
6. Election of Member of Board of Directors

-Emine Lundkvist (board member)
-Emanuel Lang (board member)

7. Remuneration to the members of the Board of Directors
8. Election of members to the nomination committee

10. Consideration of the Board of Directors' statement regarding the determination of salaries and other remuneration to the management.
11. Statement on corporate governance pursuant to section 3-3b of the Norwegian Accounting Act
12. Appointment of a new auditor
13. Authorizations to the Board of Directors
Attached is the notice of the Annual General Meeting distributed to the Company's shareholders today, together with the statement regarding the determination of salaries and other remuneration to the management and recommendation by the nomination committee, and the registration / proxy form.
