Borsa Italiana dispone ammissione alle negoziazioni di Neodecortech S.p.A. su segmento STAR

Filago, 5 marzo 2021

Neodecortech, le cui azioni sono quotate al MTA organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana, comunica che in data odierna Borsa Italiana, con provvedimento n. 8746, ha attribuito alle azioni ordinarie e warrant di Neodecortech la qualifica STAR come da domanda della Società del 4 marzo 2021 da ultimo integrata in data 5 marzo 2021.

La data di inizio delle negoziazioni nel segmento STAR è prevista per il giorno 15 marzo 2021.

Neodecortech ha incaricato BPER Banca in qualità di Specialist.

Contestualmente, la Società comunica che

• Il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha parzialmente modificato il calendario finanziario approvato in data 10 dicembre 2020, nella data di approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2021 che si terrà il 7 settembre 2021 anziché il 21 settembre 2021;
• Il Consiglio di Amministrazione ha conferito l'incarico di Investor Relations Manager all'Amministratore Delegato Luigi Cologni, che svolgerà la sua funzione con in supporto della società KT&Partners S.r.l.

Borsa Italiana admits Neodecortech S.p.A. to trading on STAR segment

Filago, 5 March 2021

Neodecortech, whose shares are listed on the MTA organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, announces that on today's date Borsa Italiana, under provision no. 8746, has assigned the ordinary shares and warrants of Neodecortech the STAR qualification as per the Company's application dated 4 March 2021 last supplemented on 5 March 2021.

The first trading day on the STAR segment is scheduled for 15 March 2021.

Neodecortech has appointed BPER Banca as Specialist.

The Company concurrently announces that

• The Board of Directors has partly amended the financial calendar approved on 10 December 2020, as regards the date of approval of the half-year report at 30 June 2021, which will be held on 7 September 2021 instead of 21 September 2021;
• The Board of Directors has appointed CEO Luigi Cologni as Investor Relations Manager, who will carry out his function assisted by KT&Partners S.r.l..
