Adeguamento procedura per la gestione delle operazioni con le parti correlate

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" o la "Società"), tra i principali operatori europei nella produzione di carte decorative per pannelli nobilitati e del flooring utilizzati nelsettore dell'interior design, quotata nelsegmento STAR, organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., comunica che il Consiglio di Amministrazione riunitosi in data odierna ha approvato, previo parere favorevole del Comitato Parti Correlate, la nuova "Procedura per la gestione delle Operazioni con Parti Correlate" al fine di adeguare la stessa alle previsioni del Regolamento Consob n. 17221 del 12 marzo 2010, come da ultimo modificato dalla delibera Consob n. 21624 del 10 dicembre 2020.

Il documento, in vigore a decorrere dal 1° luglio 2021, sarà pubblicato entro i termini previsti dalla normativa di riferimento sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.neodecortech.it (sezione Investors/Corporate Governance/Documenti e assemblee/Procedure).

Amendment to the Procedure for Transactions with Related Parties

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring used in interior design, listed in the STAR segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that today's Board of Directors' meeting approved the new "Procedure for Transactions with Related Parties", after a favourable opinion has been given by the Related Parties Committee, in order to adapt the Procedure to Consob Regulation no. 17221 of March 12th 2010, as ultimately modified by Consob Resolution no. 21624 of December 10th 2020.

This document will apply from July 1 st 2021 and will be published within the terms provided by the relevant legislation on the Company's website www.neodecortech.it (section Investors/Corporate Governance//Procedures).
