• NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 17 OF THE ISSUER REGULATION OF AIM ITALIA

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), Italian market leader in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring for interior design, listed since 26 September 2017 on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("AIM Italia"), hereby announces that it has received a notice today from the shareholder Finanziaria Valentini S.p.A. ("FV"), also on behalf of its controlling shareholder Luigi Valentini, regarding the reduction of the stake held by FV in the share capital of the Company, below the 66.6% threshold.

The transaction that gave rise to the substantial change took place on 30 October 2019.

Specifically, FV declares that it holds 8,325,385 shares, equal to 63.55% of the share capital of the Company with voting rights. FV is controlled by Luigi Valentini, who also holds (i) 12,615 shares directly and (ii) 28,000 shares indirectly through Valfina S.p.A.. Therefore, Luigi Valentini holds - directly and indirectly - 8,366,000 shares, equal to 63.86% of the share capital of the Company with voting rights.
