• NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 17 OF THE ISSUER REGULATION OF AIM ITALIA
Filago, 7 November 2019
Neodecortech S.p.A. (the "Company"), Italian market leader in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring for interior design, listed since 26 September 2017 on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("AIM Italia"), hereby announces that it received on 5 November 2019 a notice from AZ Fund Management SA that the 5% share capital threshold has been exceeded.
The transaction that gave rise to the substantial change took place on 30 October 2019.
Specifically, the above shareholder declares holding, through AZ Fund 1 (umbrella fund), no. 681,000 shares, equal to 5.20% of the share capital of the Company with voting rights.
Pursuant to art. 26 of the Issuer Regulation of AIM Italia, information on the Company's shareholder base is available on its website.
