Neodecortech S.p.A.:

• Group reports good third quarter turnover growth
• Sharp improvement in net financial position

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), the Italian market leader in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring for interior design, with shares and warrants listed on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("AIM Italia"), also in connection with the statements made by the CEO upon the publication of the consolidated financial report at 30 June 2019, with regard to the results of third quarter 2019, announces the following.

At 30 September 2019, the Neodecortech Group recorded preliminary consolidated revenue of approximately € 101.6 million, € +3.3 million versus € 98.3 million at 30 September 2018, up by +3.3%. The increase in turnover is impressive if one compares the result with the Group figure in first half 2019, which had increased by 2.2%, and taking account of the continued bearish trend of the European market.

The net financial position stands at € 44.6 million, improving sharply versus the figure at 30 September 2018 of € 52.9 million or € -8.3 million, and to the figure at 30 June 2019 of € 48.3 million or € -3.7 million.

The Company notes that the figures at 30 September 2019 have not been audited.

Among the new products rolled out by the Company, mention should be made of the ongoing development of new decorations introduced in the range (60 since the start of the year), some of which will be displayed at the SICAM trade fair to be held in Pordenone in mid-October.
