Appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors
Appointment of a member of the Committee of the Board of Directors

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), Italian market leader in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring for interior design, listed since 26 September 2017 on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("AIM Italia"), hereby announces that on today's date, the Board of Directors resolved to appoint Luigi Cologni as Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing the outgoing Alberto Francois, without prejudice to the powers and proxies previously assigned to him as Chief Executive Officer. The Company announces that following the appointment, Mr. Cologni proposed, and the Board of Directors accepted, that no further remuneration be granted for the position assigned. Therefore, the remuneration paid, by virtue of the proxies previously granted as Chief Executive Officer, remains unchanged.

Additionally, the Board of Directors resolved to appoint Francesco Megali as a member of the Committee of the Board of Directors, set up pursuant to the Company's Corporate Governance Code, again to replace the outgoing Director Alberto Francois.
