The ordinary Annual General Meeting of TTS Group ASA was held 1(st) June, 2017.

The meeting can be summarized as follows:

All the proposals on the agenda were adopted in accordance with the meeting

notice, which was published at Oslo Stock Exchange 11(th) May 2017.

The Annual General meeting approved that no dividend will be paid out for the

financial year 2016.
