The Annual General Meeting of TTS Group ASA 8th June, 2015 unanimously approved

the proposal for a new Board of directors, consisting of:

In addition to the shareholder-elected board of directors, the Board consists of

The board of directors elects its own chairman. Board meeting has been held, and

Trym Skeie was re-elected as chairman of the board.
