Nederman has acquired AB Norclean in Varberg Sweden
Nederman has acquired AB Norclean, Varberg, Sweden, a company which has been an exclusive distributor of the Nederman Norclean products on the Swedish market since 1968.
The company has its own sales and service organisation as well as a dealer net work throughout Sweden.
The AB Norclean product range includes products and systems within the area of environment technology with particular focus on handling and collection of harmful materials. The main applications are within shot blasting and handling of fluids.
The company turns over approximately MSEK 30. Through the acquisition, the Nederman group profit will marginally improve during 2008.
