No. 7/1/2026-DIPAMV dated April 16, 2026, has conveyed its ‘No Objection’ on the merger of the HSCC (India) Limited a wholly owned subsidiary with NBCC (India) Limited (Holding Company) in compliance with the extant guidelines.
