Best quarter ever for Navamedic

Navamedic ASA (OSE: NAVA) today announced the Company's third quarter 2014

financial results. Navamedic continues its positive sales development, and

posted its best quarterly result ever.

Sales increased by 60 per cent in the third quarter, mainly driven by the

Company's ongoing expansion of its product portfolio. The improvement in

financial results was caused by a renegotiated agreement with Navamedic's main

supplier, successful price increases and larger volumes contributing to

economies of scale.

Navamedic's sales in the third quarter was NOK 58.8 million, compared to NOK

36.7 million in the corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA ended at NOK 4.2

million, against NOK 0.8 million last year. The EBITDA margin for the third

quarter was 7.2 per cent, against 2.2 per cent last year. Navamedic's net result

for the third quarter came in at NOK 1.5 million, compared to NOK -0.9 million

last year.

For the first nine months of 2014, Navamedic's sales were NOK 161.1 million

against NOK 108.9 million last year. EBITDA improved significantly, from NOK

5.1 million last year to 9.2 million after the first three quarters of 2014. Net

profit ended at NOK 1.9 million, against NOK 0.0 million last year.

Navamedic expects continued sales growth in the coming quarters.The company

also expects profitability in the last quarter.
