Director's Dealing

The Company was notified on 17 October 2014 that Peter Rowley, who is a Non-executive Director of Nanoco, and his wife, Maureen Rowley, have transferred on 17 October 2014 1,571,820 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") owned by them into their Family Trusts.

Following this transaction, Peter Rowley (together with connected parties, including his wife) has a beneficial interest in 1,621,820 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.75% of the Company's issued share capital.
