Director's Dealing

The Company was notified yesterday that on 23 January 2014 Michael Bretherton, a Non-executive Director of the Company, received 1,651,887 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at nil cost, as a result of a specie distribution by ORA Capital Partners Limited.

Following this transaction, Mr. Bretherton has a holding of 1,879,387 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.87% of the Company's issued share capital.
