Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the Debenture Issue and Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Muthoot Capital Services Limited (“the Company”), at its Meeting held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at the Registered Office of the Company at 3[rd] Floor, Muthoot Towers, M.G. Road, Kochi - 682 035, Kerala, approved issue and allotment of Unsecured, Rated, Subordinated Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures up to Rupees Twenty-Five Crores, on Private Placement basis, within the limits as approved by the Board.

The relevant details of the issuance as required under SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are given as Annexure I. Further, it may be noted that the Meeting commenced at 9:00 a.m. and concluded at 10:15 a.m.
