Musti Group appoints Toni Rannikko as a new CFO

Toni Rannikko, (M.Sc. (Econ.), born 1979), has been appointed Musti Group’s
Chief Financial Officer as of 1 September 2021. He will be a member of the
Management Team and report to CEO David Rönnberg.

Before starting at Musti Group, Toni Rannikko has worked as a CFO of Raisio plc
from 2019.

CEO David Rönnberg: “I warmly welcome Toni to Musti Group. He brings with him a
solid experience in financial leadership and development. I expect a strong
contribution from him to the company strategy execution and to further
development of our financial processes”.

The current CFO Robert Berglund will continue in his duties until October 2021
to ensure controlled handover of the position and duties.
