Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed on 23 June 2016, that Mr David Pyle, a non-executive director of the Company, on 23 June 2016 transferred 450,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife for nil consideration. Following the transfer, Mr Pyle's beneficial interest in the Company (which includes that of his wife and children under the age of 18) remains unchanged at 1,790,359 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.7 per cent of the current total voting rights of the Company.
