We would like to inform that the so" Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, 12thAugust,2021.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 6 th August, ²⁰²¹ to 12th August, ²⁰²¹ (both days inclusive) to take on record the Members of the Company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and for payment of Final Dividend and Special Dividend.

The date of payment of Final Dividend and Special Dividend is on or after 2 ndSeptember, ²⁰²¹ subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
