Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, 04 May 2026, has considered and approved the 5th Grant of 79,009 (Seventy-Nine Thousand Nine Only) options under ‘MPS Limited-Employee Stock Options Scheme 2023 (“ESOS 2023”)’.
The requisite details in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30 January 2026, are enclosed herewith as “Annexure-A”.
