RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Sydney – 25 August 2017 – Tag Pacific Limited (ASX: TAG)

Tag Pacific Limited advises that Dr Gary Weiss has indicated his intention to resign as a director because of numerous other commitments.

His resignation will be effective from 31 August 2017.

The board acknowledges the significant contribution Dr Weiss has made to the company and thanks him sincerely for his many years of valuable service.
