Director Purchases of Ordinary Shares

Mpac Group plc, a global leader in high-speed packaging and automation solutions, announces that it has been informed of the following director purchases of ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which all occurred on 9 June 2026:

·    Clive Whiley, Senior Independent Director, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 215 pence per Ordinary Share;

·    Adam Holland, CEO, purchased 4,525 Ordinary Shares at a price of 212 pence per Ordinary Share; and

·    Simon Kesterton, Non-Executive Director purchased 7,000 shares at a price of 214.889 pence per Ordinary Share.

Mr Whiley's total beneficial shareholding following this transaction is 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Holland's total beneficial shareholding following this transaction is 32,563 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Kesterton's total beneficial shareholding following this transaction is 9,700 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
