BLOCK ADMISSION APPLICATION

An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of a block listing of 80,000 shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares").

These Shares are being reserved under this new block listing to be issued as a result of the future exercise of share options pursuant to the Company's 2012 Executive Share Option Schemes. 

It is expected that admission of these Shares will be effective on 2 July 2015.  The Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued shares.
