On November 26, 2013, Movado Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing third quarter fiscal 2014 results, the increase of guidance for fiscal 2014 and the approval of a quarterly dividend. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this item.
