MOTA-ENGIL INFORMS ABOUT NEW STEP IN LINEAS DISPOSALS PROCESS

MOTA-ENGIL S.G.P.S., S.A informs that, after obtaining all legal and contractual authorizations, LINEAS – CONCESSÕES DE TRANSPORTES, SGPS, S.A. completed today the sale of its stakes in SCUTVIAS – AUTOESTRADAS DA BEIRA INTERIOR, S.A, MRN-MANUTENÇÃO DE RODOVIAS NACIONAIS, SA and PORTVIAS-PORTAGEM DE VIAS, SA.. to Globalvia Inversiones, SAU, a motorway concessionaire.

The implied transaction value, with 31 December 2016 as reference date, is 75 million euros.

With this operation the total disposal of the assets of the business segment of transport concessions that began in September 2015 is now almost finished.
