MOTA-ENGIL INFORMS ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT OF THE SECRETARY OF THE COMPANY FOR THE THREE-YEAR PERIOD 2021-2023

Under the terms and for the purposes of the provisions of paragraph b) of article 3 of CMVM Regulation nº 5/2008, MOTA-ENGIL, S.G.P.S., S.A. hereby informs that, by resolution of the Board of Directors, at the meeting held on June 30th, 2021, it was appointed as Secretary of the Company (for the three year period 2021-2023) Mrs. Ivone Santos Martins. Furthermore, we inform that Mrs. Patrícia Santos has been appointed as Alternate Secretary of the Company.
