In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., Friday, 27" day of May, 2022 (commenced at 05:00 P.M. and concluded at 06:00 P.M.), inter-alia, approved the allotment of 2,13,42,505 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, at an issue price of Rs. 53.72 per share, pursuant to the conversion of 1,14,65,201, 0.01% Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares ("CCPS') of Rs. 100/ each.
