DECLARATION AND PAYMENT OF A SPECIAL DIVIDEND AND CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

Reference is made to the announcement of HK Asia Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 7 August 2023 in relation to the meeting of the board of directors of the Company (the “ Board ”) to consider the proposed declaration of a special dividend to the shareholders of the Company (the “ Shareholders ”).

DECLARATION AND PAYMENT OF A SPECIAL DIVIDEND

The Board is pleased to announce that, at the Board meeting held on Thursday, 17 August 2023, the Board has approved the declaration and payment of a special dividend of HK$0.15 per ordinary share of the Company (the “ Special Dividend ”) to be payable to the Shareholders whose names appear on the Company’s register of members at the close of business on Thursday, 7 September 2023. It is expected that the Special Dividend will be distributed on Monday, 18 September 2023.

CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

For the purpose of determining the entitlement of the Special Dividend, the register of members of the Company will be closed from Wednesday, 6 September 2023 to Thursday, 7 September 2023 (both days inclusive), during which period no transfer of shares of the Company will be registered.

In order for a Shareholder to qualify for the Special Dividend, all transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, for registration no later than 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 5 September 2023.
