Monash IVF Group Limited (Company) is expected to be admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (ASX) on Thursday 26 June 2014.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities is expected to commence at 12:00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Thursday 26 June 2014 on a deferred settlement basis. The Company is expected to raise approximately $315.9 million pursuant to the offer under the replacement prospectus dated 13 June 2014 issued by the Company (Prospectus) by the issue of 170,737,579 ordinary shares at an issue price of $1.85 per share.
