Draper Esprit (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm investing in and developing high growth digital technology businesses across Europe, is pleased to announce that further to the announcement dated 7 February 2019, the Company has completed the acquisition of the 27 per cent. interest in EB IV and the 5 per cent. interest in DEF.

Defined terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those within the Company's announcement on 21 January 2019.
