Dealings by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
Draper Esprit PLC (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm investing in and developing high growth digital technology businesses, hereby notifies of the acquisition of ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 16th June 2021 by directors Martin Davis, Chief Executive Officer and Ben Wilkinson, Chief Financial Officer.
Martin Davis has acquired 12,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 800 pence per share. Mr Davis's resultant interest following this purchase is now 14,632 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.010 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. Ben Wilkinson has acquired 3,750 Ordinary Shares at a price of 800 pence per share. Mr Wilkinson's resultant interest following this purchase is now 12,225 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.008 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
Following these dealings the PDMRs will have the following Ordinary Shares in the Company:
