Draper Esprit PLC (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm investing in and developing high growth digital technology businesses, announces that Stuart Chapman, Chief Portfolio Officer, made the following notification relating to the sale of 300,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
