PDMR Shareholding

Draper Esprit PLC (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm involved in the creation, funding and development of high-growth digital technology businesses, announces that on 19 February 2019, Ben Wilkinson (Chief Financial Officer) purchased 3,125 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of £4.80 per Share.

The Company advises that, following the purchase of Shares, Mr Wilkinson remains interested in 5,604 Shares, representing 0.005% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The notification set out in the Annex below, which was made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details of such purchase.
