Item 8.01. Other Events.

RW Holdings NNN REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) has announced that it has, through a wholly-owned subsidiary of its operating partnership, completed the acquisition of a 39,000 square foot office property located in Cincinnati, Ohio leased on a triple net basis to EMCOR Facilities Services. The contract purchase price for the property was approximately $5.9 million. The property is expected to generate $4.8 million in total rental revenue over the course of its remaining 9-year lease term. The seller of the property was not affiliated with the Company or its affiliates.
