VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT ESTABLISHMENT OF CLOUD BUSINESS UNIT

This announcement is made by Mobvista Inc. (the “ Company ”) on a voluntary basis to keep shareholders and potential investors informed of the latest development of the Company.

The board of directors of the Company (the “ Board ”) is pleased to announce that the Company has carried out a new round of organizational structure changes recently. The Elastic Cloud Computing Team and Engineering Operation and Maintenance Team were merged into the Cloud Computing and Infrastructure Business Center (“ Cloud Business Unit ”), which is now ranking as the Company’s second largest business unit together with the Advertising Technology Unit.

In terms of personnel arrangement, Mr. Cai Chao (“ Mr. Cai ”), the Company’s Vice President of Technology and Chief Engineering Architect, was appointed as the Head of the Cloud Business Unit and will directly report to Mr. Cao Xiaohuan, the co-founder and President of the Company.

Mr. Cai has more than 15 years experience in software development. Among them, he served as Software Architect/Chief Software Architect in world-class IT companies for 9 years, Chief Software Architect of HP’s (China) mobile device management system, Chief Architect of Amazon’s global direct shipping platform, and Chief Architect of Amazon (China). In 2017, Mr. Cai joined the Company as Vice President of Technology and Chief Engineering Architect, leading the development of the cloud computing cost optimization system SpotMax, and building the core architecture for the Company’s programmatic business. Currently, Mr. Cai is a guest speaker of Microsoft.

Since its establishment, the Company has focused on the use of mobile advertising technology, adopted a cloud-native architecture, and generated significant momentum in public cloud computing management and cost optimization. Thanks to SpotMax, the server cost of the Company’s programmatic advertising business has been significantly reduced when compared to typical cloud computing.

SpotMax provides an automated cloud resources optimization platform with real-time visibility, delivering cloud server cost optimization solutions for companies using multiple cloud platforms or a multi-cloud platform. In addition, SpotMax’s multi-cloud capability strikes a balance between reliability and cost-effectiveness when it comes to enterprise cloud infrastructure. By leveraging its SaaS deployment model, SpotMax is continuously enhanced to help customers with solutions to consistently optimize cloud server costs and simplify their cloud operations and maintenance. After successfully bringing SpotMax to the eye of paying customers in the market, we plan to accelerate the commercialization of the SpotMax technology.

The Company has optimized its own business structure via cloud computing and big data technologies and has benefited from them. In the long run, the Company is dedicated to establishing a full-stack cloud-computing service platform to stimulate its development and strategic planning in the cloud computing and big data technologies industries.
