DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Mobile Tornado (AIM: MBT), the leading provider of instant communication mobile applications to the enterprise market, announces that on 31 January 2018 Peter Wilkinson, Non-Executive Director acquired 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 5.0 pence per share. As a result, Mr Wilkinson's total holding is now 38,145,141 Ordinary Shares representing 12.78% of the Group's issued share capital.

Mobile Tornado also announces that today Jeremy Fenn, Executive Chairman, transferred 8,000,000 Ordinary Shares from a personal SIPP into his own name. The transaction does not affect Mr Fenn's total holding or the number of Ordinary Shares in which he is beneficially interested.
