Result of AGM and Directorate Change 

Mobile Tornado (AIM: MBT), the instant communications services provider for mobile devices, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed, except for resolution 4, being the reappointment of Richard James who retired in accordance with Article 38 of the Company's articles of association.  Consequently, Mr James will step down from the Board and as an Executive Director and Company Secretary with immediate effect. A search for his replacement will begin immediately.
