Voluntary Announcement Business Update

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of MOBI Development Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) is pleased to announce that its new production plant and R&D center located in New Guangming District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, PRC have been recently put into official operations, which, in addition to original R&D and production center in Xian and production base in Jian, would enable the Group to have full access to the local superior resources and further enhance the Group’s capacities in production, research and development.

Due to increasing demands for construction of 4G networks in China and overseas market, customers’ orders have exceeded current production capacities of the Group. In response to the increasing demands, new production plant and R&D center in New Guangming District adjacent to the Group’s headquarters in Shenzhen, with a gross area of approximately 43,000 square meters, have been recently put into official operations to improve the Group’s production capacities in antennas, base station Radio Frequency subsystems, coverage extension solutions and other related innovative products. To support the latest technological developments and innovative requirements, the Group will seek to meet the ever growing demands of global customers, in particular where technology and reliability requirements related to network types in 4G era are becoming increasingly complicated.

Currently, the technologies in respect of antennas and Radio Frequency products are evolving more rapidly in the world. New production plant and R&D center in New Guangming District mark a new milestone in the Group’s sustained development, which will greatly enhance the Group’s production capacities, not only reaping the benefits of economies of scale but also increasing the Group’s efficiencies in products deliveries. Moreover, new R&D center facilities would bring in more innovative products and technologies, benefit for closely following the development of cutting edge technologies and approaching customers’ demands and further strengthen the Group’s leadership in products technologies and market shares.

The Board considers, with completion and commissioning of new production plant and R&D center in Shenzhen, as well as original R&D and production center in Xian and production base in Jian, production capacities for all the businesses of the Group would be increased significantly, and expects that the Group’s research and development capacities would be further enhanced, thereby improving the Group’s overall competitiveness, further consolidating the Group’s leadership in the market and generating steady growth in the Group’s results. The Group will continue to offer global customers with one-stop innovative solutions with all its heart and endeavor to create optimal returns for the Company’s shareholders.
