Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

The Company announces the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each ("Shares"):

On 5 August 2015 the following Directors were granted options over Shares in the Company pursuant to the Company's 2011 Save As You Earn Scheme:
