Mitie Group Plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

The Company announces the following transaction in its Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each ("Shares"):

Further to the announcement made on 29 May 2015, on 18 June 2015 the following Directors sold the Shares received in the Company pursuant to awards made under the Mitie Group Deferred Bonus Plan in May 2013.
