Mi-Pay Group plc (AIM: MAPY), the leading provider of mobile payment solutions to Tier 1 Mobile Network Operators and Mobile Virtual Network Operators, is pleased to announce that, at the annual general meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed except the resolution regarding the reappointment of Mike Stone, which, as announced earlier today, was not proposed following his resignation.
