Issue of ordinary shares in respect of employee share scheme

The Company has today issued 18,844 new ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options at a price of £1.04 under the Company's UK Save As You Earn Plan. Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 29 September 2021.

Following the allotment of these shares, the enlarged issued Ordinary Share capital will be 100,105,660 Ordinary Shares.
