Mincon has been advised by Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV, in a notification received on 26 January 2016, that as of 22 January 2016, they held 11,098,140 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.01 each in the Company, representing 5.27%* of the issued share capital of the Company. Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV has also advised that Mr. Norman Rentrop holds 100% of Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 210,541,102 ordinary shares.
